Shipping & Payment Information

When Will My Order Ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 4 pm will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 4 pm on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Delivery takes 2-4 days depending where we need to ship.

Which currencies do you take?

In the top right corner on our page you will be able to choose from various currencies such as: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, SEK and DKK. We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

In some countries there might be charged duties and taxes upon shipment arrival in your country. The general amount for duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the product. This is just general guidelines and may vary depending on the country. You should contact your customs office for more info and specific amount.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

J&M Denmark cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. All additional charges, like customs, taxes and such, is your responsibility.

Where are watches shipped from and with who?

Our warehouse is located in Copenhagen Denmark. So all watches are shipped from there. We ship with FedEx to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Order Information & Concerns

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

My Order Status Says "Unfulfilled". What Does That Mean?

It simply means that we have successfully received your order! It will be processed shortly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking number and your order status will be changed to processed or fulfilled.

My order has been cancelled, why is this?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

Watch Specs & Warranty

What type of movement is used in J&M watches?

In all J&M watches we went with quality Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz movement which is one of the most reliable and well known movements in the industry.

Are J&M Watches waterproof?

All watches are marked water resistance type. WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. The Nordic360 watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.

What type of leather is used?

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

What is the glass made of?

We use crystal sapphire glass in all our Nordic360 watches.

Is there a warranty?

J&M Nordic360 watches comes with a LIFETIME warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for life after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer or from our webshop. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

I would like to return a watch. What to do?

We offer free returns worldwide if we are informed of a return within 30 days from purchase. When returning a product, please contact our support on info@jm-denmark.com or fill out the contact form under “contact us”. We will then send you further information.

Please note that the watch must be in original package and unused.

I wish to purchase a watch, but with another strap?

We want you to be happy with your new watch so sometimes it is possible to do a little bit of magic. Please contact us on info@jm-denmark.com or fill out the contact form under “contact us” and we will get back to you.
